A lovely looking Emily made an appearance at yesterday’s BAFTA ceremony at the Royal Opera House in London. Together with my favourite actor Matthew Macfadyen she presented Best Make Up & Hair to The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (after he did Best Production Design). Video will be up soon!

If anyone spotted Emily in any of the red carpet coverages and would be able to send in a clip I’d be more than happy!

Emily Mortimer graced the summer issue of the Boston Common Magazine. While we still haven’t been able to obtain a copy of that magazine I have for you now the photo session. Isn’t it absolutely glamorous?!

So sorry for the lack of updates recently. But rest assured we are not giving up on this site! I’ve come across 3 additional gorgeous HQ stills of Emily Mortimer in “Chaos Theory”. Enjoy!

As announced earlier, Emily’s new film ‘Transsiberian‘ was released on July 18. It was a very limited release (only 2 theaters). Interestingly it was the only film apart from ‘The Dark Knight‘ to top $10,000 when it came to the per theater chart with an average of $17,308.

Anyway, enough about money matters. In the days leading up to the film’s release Ms. Mortimer was busy promoting the indie thriller. You can find many of the text interviews in our press section and I have now added yet another extensive and interesting interview. By the way, this one provides the context for the headline ‘I’m no action star’ which is currently being spread across the internet. Apart from talking about the challenges of shooting on location in Lithuania, running around with plastic feet, the moral ambiguity of the film and her character and the nicest criminals she also talks about her other upcoming film ‘Shutter Island/Ashecliffe‘.
